NIU Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned products that undergo a stringent refurbishment process before being offered for resale. While the majority of products offered here are due to "change-of-mind" returns, there are some returned due to technical issues. Rest assured, all NIU Certified Refurbished products undergo rigorous testing and are backed by our industry-leading 2-year warranty.

2. Is the quality of NIU Certified Refurbished products guaranteed?

Yes. The NIU Certified Refurbished Promise is that every product offered here is vigorously tested to meet the same high quality standards of our new products. On top of that, we provide an industry-leading 2-year warranty.

3. What does the refurbishment process look like?

*Full functionality testing, with any defective modules replaced with brand new parts;

*A thorough cleaning and inspection process;

*Repackaging (including appropriate manuals and parts) and new boxes;

*A final Quality Assurance inspection;

*The same basic testing procedures as all new products fresh off the factory line - battery testing, LED display, motor, folding latch, throttle control, and a test ride;

*There may be small marks or minor scratches. Returns due to aesthetic conditions that do not affect product performance are not accepted.

4. What kind of after-sales service are refurbished products eligible for?

Refurbished products can only be exchanged for other refurbished products, not new products. All NIU Certified Refurbished products have the same industry-leading 2-year warranty as other NIU products.

5. How can I buy a NIU Certified Refurbished product?

NIU Certified Refurbished products are only available on our official website. We do not authorize any 3rd party dealers or platforms to sell NIU Certified Refurbished products.

7. What if the product does not look or work as expected?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the product does not look or work as expected, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 2 weeks of receipt. We can also help you troubleshoot technical problems and assist with returns.

8. What should I expect to receive with my NIU Certified Refurbished purchase and in what condition?

All NIU Certified Refurbished purchases will come with the fully functional and compatible accessories needed to use your product. They just may not be brand new! NIU Certified Refurbished products ship in either original packaging or in a new cardboard box. There will be minimal-to-no signs of wear or use.
