*Full functionality testing, with any defective modules replaced with brand new parts;
*A thorough cleaning and inspection process;
*Repackaging (including appropriate manuals and parts) and new boxes;
*A final Quality Assurance inspection;
*The same basic testing procedures as all new products fresh off the factory line - battery testing, LED display, motor, folding latch, throttle control, and a test ride;
*There may be small marks or minor scratches. Returns due to aesthetic conditions that do not affect product performance are not accepted.
4. What kind of after-sales service are refurbished products eligible for?
Refurbished products can only be exchanged for other refurbished products, not new products. All NIU Certified Refurbished products have the same industry-leading 2-year warranty as other NIU products.

8. What should I expect to receive with my NIU Certified Refurbished purchase and in what condition?
All NIU Certified Refurbished purchases will come with the fully functional and compatible accessories needed to use your product. They just may not be brand new! NIU Certified Refurbished products ship in either original packaging or in a new cardboard box. There will be minimal-to-no signs of wear or use.
